I`m kind of surprised that no one has replied to this thread. So is it because of the weather? Hopefully there are not too many cancelations. I am so stoked to do some fishing... and some snowboarding. And lots of others fun stuff. End of last fishing season was amazing. Hope to start off were we left off.... or a little bigger... like a 16lb er that's out there somewhere. it`s gonna be on ! The weather may be a challenge but we plan on doing our best.

We lost a monster last year in Crowley, I have since bought a bigger net and thrown the gaff in the boat. My buddy kept yelling net it net it. I put the fishes head in the net and said ok now what???? And snap before we knew it it was the one that got away

Fly fished in the snow is awesome. Snow bows on the upper o is all time. Yes the weather will be an issue for the opener but it's going to be 80 degrees by Wednesday and i am certain it will be game on.

Good luck anglers!

It will be in the low 80's in Bishop, but Mammoth will see the low 60's next week.
