Also, maybe I'm stating the obvious, but the BAF doesn't work during Holidays (like Xmas)

Sent a BAF to some family during the Xmas break and no one was able to redeem them. I wish they'd get rid of the restriction... it was nice being able to convince non-pass holder friends to join me with my BAF

Yes, I just looked at my BAF. I sent 3 seperate invites out to the same person to use. One of the three invites was used and 3 BAF points deducted from my pass. Which is what I expected to be used. I am assuming that the person used 3 days from one invite.

So you do not have to send a seperate invite out for each day that a person wants to use. They purchase the amount of days they want and the BAF points are deducted for each day from your pass.

I have no problem with this as long as I know how many a person plans on using so that I don't promise BAF discount to someone and then they try and use them and can't because someone else did.

^ That is what I am concerned about now and feel badly because one of my friends is going to get stiffed! I sent three separate invites to one person and two to another. They are both going to be here next week for multiple days so the first person to redeem their invite is going to get the most days. :!:

I don't think the creators of this revised system thought this out! :fubar:

I don't like the system either, but as long as you trust your friends and they are actually trustworthy it should work out. My sissy used 2 like she said she would :) because she's trustworthy!

I think the system should make it so that you can send one email with the number of points you want to allot, that would be the right way and no confusion.

If there is a problem, let me know and I will send an invite out to them from my hubby's pass for you. He has some that haven't been spoken for yet. :)

I rather not waste them. Last year they went unused.

Anyone still in the sharing mood? I have mountain collective but hoping to make a friend for my wife for 1 day on Sunday. Otherwise she is going to have to stay in the hotel while I enjoy the mountain. Just kidding, she'll get a ticket, but our kids won't be going to college.

^ Great sense of humor! Wish I could give you a BAF, but mine are now gone. :(

Try this...

http://mammothmountain.com/valpakbogo

The offer that came inside the ValPak sez buy by March 15 for ski days thru May 29, by using the above link. Now the verbiage when you click the link does completely mess up those dates, but nonetheless it appears that BOGO is still available and bookable, just keep clicking. Good luck, and please report back!

Thanks for the tip!! We're only able to Ski 1 day so it doesn't help now but it looks like it should work (though the last click to ultimately purchase could result in a denial).

Thanks again YNTSKI and SL for sharing and all those of you that offered.
Skis are stored and my mower has already seen some action.

Ready to do it all over again next year.

Cheers!

I would have put in a Chocolate Shake icon but they didn't have one. :)

You are welcome.

I have 5 BAF points on hubby's pass is anyone is interested just PM me.

We are done too for the season. Buying my 2017/2018 pass on Friday and planning my next year trips (during non-holiday weekends in January, February and March).

Hubby had his shoulder surgery from a collision with a boarder during the 2016/2017 season (not his fault). Boarder going to fast for the hard pack conditions and not adhering to the New "15 foot rule" signs that MM has posted this season.

He is doing well. Had his first physical therapy appointment today and they say he is 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Woo Hoo.

Happy trails and see you on the slopes next season. Time for baseball . . . go SF Giants.
