MPB, is the Green Stuff an appetite enhancer that you partake in before the feast???

Nice menu BTW... Happy Thanksgiving my friend...

We've been known to eat the green stuff as an appetizer, a side dish, or a dessert!!

On my table next Tuesday -
Chipotle BOGO in California and Nevada on Tuesday Feb 21 if you have a season pass or February lift ticket.

"Hey California– this season, the powder is fresh and the burritos are FREE. Bring your Season Ski Pass or February Lift Ticket to any participating Chipotle location in California or Nevada from 10:45am-10pm on Tuesday, February 21st for a buy-one/get-one burrito, bowl, salad, or order of tacos."

Johnsonville beer brats poached in water then pan fried to give them a little snap on brat rolls from the bakery(Walmart) with deli mustard, carmelized red onions and Bavarian style sauerkraut.

I am starting to look into the sous-vide method (and oddly, like 3 meals we had last week while dining out were sous-vide). Tell me more!

I knew with the dozen or so rapscallions that are still on here there had to be an unused login for a good cause so I put it to the collective. Took less than a day to get a pm w what was needed.

I know sock puppets and I sir am no sock puppeteer.

You're not alone...I'd never heard of this method of cooking either so I Googled it. Rather interesting as it is an old method of cooking from way back when.

Little did I know my dad was being haute cuisine when he "blackened" the roast with smoke pouring out of the oven.

Way too easy Beef Stroganoff. 4 to 6 oz top sirloin (or cut of meat of your choice) pan seared to medium rare then thinly sliced to bite size strips, open package of Trader Giotto's Fettuccine with mushrooms. Thaw pasta spools in bowl of water and place frozen sauce in medium size fry pan and add 1/8 tsp minced garlic and 1 Tblsp chopped white onion and heat until gently bubbling. Add sliced meat, cook for 2 min then add drained pasta. Cook 2 more min to heat pasta, then stir in 2 Tblsp sour cream just before serving. (measurements are approximate) Serves 2. Yum!
