Kirkwood today was very hard and icy. We did 3 runs and were done. We did have a nice BBQ in the parking lot afterwards though. Michele and i did 3 resorts in 3 days, Heavenly Saturday was the best.

A little day tripping to Sugar Bowl on 4/20.... :smoke:

The Main Lodge was only open (access via the gondola),with Disney, Lincoln, Christmas Tree and Knob Hill running.

Day trip to Rose ( 5/5/16). And ran into new snow with thunder and lightning. :o
That is a first for me. Mountain never opened due to numerous strikes...
May try another attempt on Saturday. :fubar:

^^Brings back memories. I kindof miss the old Disney chair - it used to load about where the 2'nd tower is. You had to side-step up a ramp to get to it. They've put the Summit and Crow's Peak chairs in since I was there last. Been too many years...

Day trip to Northstar 12-2-16

Lot's of snow making going on. The roar of the guns was everywhere. Northstar is gearing up for the Holidays. 20 degrees at the top, 10-15 mph wind made for a very cold day by Northstar standards.
Snow was firm and fast....Village is in Holiday mode, Christmas Tree is up and Ice Rink open !
