TELL ME YOU GUYS JUST SAW THAT!!

That was SO COOL! Space X just launched a heavy rocket carrying a Tesla into space. Not only that, but they returned the booster rockets to earth and landed them together. I followed the live feed from the launch pad with all of the engineers watching and cheering it on. That gave me the chills. Easily the coolest thing I've seen since the original Space Shuttle launches, only even more impressive.

Seriously watch this;

There's a live feed from the Tesla as it moves towards Mars. Sometimes the shadow blacks it out, just wait.

I just saw on the news that the rocket was doing a course correction tonight and it was visible up and down the coast.

Apparently one of my Instagram friends caught it tonight while he was shooting McWay Falls in Big Sur.

The next SpaceX launch from Vandenberg is scheduled for 6: 17am on Saturday. Could light up since it's 15 minutes before sunrise. That's assuming it launches on schedule and the weather cooperates.

Delayed until Wed morning. Maybe it'll freak out the pre-sunrise commuters.
