Okay, now it's my turn to let off a little steam...and I don't give a crap who at the TOML/MMSA reads it. I no longer have a insecure boss to put me on probation again because, thankfully, I don't work for her any more! :swear: I am inquiring about this issue as a private citizen who purchased a product from a private business.

Doesn't MMSA's Marketing Department use the same email distribution list for ALL MVP / pass holder mails? If so, how come I haven't been receiving any emails about Early Ups, Sierra Sunrise breakfasts, premium seating at the Night of Lights, etc. yet other MVP / pass holder friends get them? :-? :?

Why are some pass holders receiving these emails and not others? Wouldn't it make good business sense to target all pass holders in order to bring in revenue for these special events? This has been happening for years, especially when MMSA used to provide the Bring a Friend post cards and some would receive them and others wouldn't. Same went for evites to opening weekend MVP parties; some got 'em and some didn't. What gives?

For years this has continued to be a mystery to me. :|

I'll second that. This has been going on for some time.

+1

At least I received the big trail map and calendar. My MVP passholder co-worker is steamed because he never received the trail map. He also emailed MMSA and he never received a reply.

^ Yes, that was the main purpose of my thread. Other MVPer's received reminder emails so they could RSVP in time. I never received one. Last season I received a couple, but not for all the Early Ups. :-?

then i am pretty sure that i didn't receive one either, i also check my spam folder regularly. I just logged into my mammoth account and under email subscriptions there is an option for season pass information maybe it gets sent as part of that list.

I just subscribed to that list so in future i will find out if that makes any difference or not. either way they should send out early ups info to every MVP member

Just to fog the issue even more, I am not a part of MVP program anymore and I still get the emails.

^ Oy.

Shifty, I check my spam folder daily and there's been nothing from MMSA in there. In the past I have always received MMSA emails in my regular inbox.

DD, I also did as you suggested with the email status from the home page. I also left a comment in the comment box and directed them to this thread. Let's see what kind of reply I receive.
