It's on the way a new BloomSky Weather Cam... just talked to WG, looking at the EC next week it's now down from 12+ inches to 3-6. Got to love those models.

The GFS has the bulk of the moisture about 150 miles north of Mammoth next week. If that drops south then 24" wouldn't be out of the question up top. Or we could end up with just a dusting before the end of the month. Too early to have any confidence either way.

Like I said earlier, I hope Howard is right!

Looks like we are going back to the same old dry and warm s&$%#. Hopefully it won't last long and some of those storms farther north will surprise. now it's back and trending south. Maybe by the time Weds. or Thursday rolls around it will aim for Mammoth. Ocean temp here in San Diego is back to 73!

Snow is sticking at Main now. The ground is solid white at mid mountain.

Started raining heavily around 4:00 yesterday (Wed.) giving the cars a nice bath. As SnS said, snow sticking at mid. The tippy tops of the mountains sure looked pretty as I drove south today after visiting Sierra Gentleman in Renown again on Tuesday. Hoping the Sun.-Tues. storm pans out.

Looking at the McCoy cam, I see that all the guns are in place on Cornice. It is going to snow
one way or the other.
