I think Mammoth just broke the 100" mark for total season precipitation. Patrol site was showing 2" storm total swe (snow water equivalent) with 98.57" season total but the storm total is now 3.5"+ so that should push them over 100". Amazing.

That's over 227% of normal for the season with 5 months left. That's how you end an exceptional drought in just a few months.

April precipitation is over 12" which is more than 25% of the normal season total. That's very unusual but shouldn't be much of a surprise this season.
