It looks like this storm is going to be a bust for Southern Cal. I think we will be lucky if we get a quarter inch in the LA basin.
San Diego area is going to fair worse.

Someone must have pulled the orange curtain at the LA / Orange county line. Not a drop of rain in HB and nice clear blue skies. Maybe they will get a little later this evening. Glad to see the Sierra getting pounded.
