If it was February, I would call Jinx, however, this late in the season, it really doesn't matter. You have a Jinx pass.

We've been experiencing little power surges all evening. Super windy and it is raining a bit in town right now, but it appears to be snowing on the hill.

This is what it looked like around 5:30 this evening out by the Hayden Cabin as the storm was blowing in.

Your brand new car is getting snow all over it. Time to clean out the garage.

There's round after round of pretty strong instability showers going thru the SF area. I assume its going to swing toward Mammoth today too.

Looks like it's really coming down on the cams right now, even at 395/203!

Looks like it could be 6" now. For the season Mammoth is just shy of 44" of precip which is right around average. Certainly not a drought year even though total snowfall is still well below average.

Ha! Sad but true. I'm an EA and have prepared over 1,000 returns this year, in my final 24 hours and I'm still on here ;)

That's not the new car, it's the '92 Subie which is now my in-town/Inyo/Mono car. The new car is snug in the garage.

It snowed all day, sometimes fairly moderately. Got very cold this evening, but it is no longer snowing in town.

Are these even possible this late in the year? Snow levels below 4000 ft?
